SAFETY ZONE PRO PACKAGING DESIGN
3D RENDERINGS FOR NEW PACKAGING DESIGN
I designed this new packaging for the Safety Zone in December, 2021. Blue for nitrile, green for vinyl and yellow for Latex. I used a DSLR camera to photograph the gloves and Photoshop to touch them up and remove the background. Also, I made the above 3D images using a 3D rendering program called Adobe Dimension.
MEDICAL PACKAGING DESIGN
I designed this new medical grade packaging for the Safety Zone as well. I was told to use mostly white for the front panel while still incorporating the new design from the non-medical packaging.
OLD VS NEW 3D RENDERING
I made These 3d renderings to show the old vs the new safety-zone packaging for both the inner box and outer case nitrile artwork.
Drop Shadows Using Adobe Dimension
These 3D packaging images show subtle drop shadows making the 3D rendered images look even more realistic. For the lighting I used the standard ambient lighting plus two additional light sources in Adobe Dimension.
3D RENDERINGS FOR NEW OUTER CASE PACKAGING DESIGN
I made these outer cases images using Adobe Dimension. Below are the flat files for the outer cases which were sent to the printer for mass production.
BLUE NITRILE PACKAGING DESIGN
I designed the above packaging for the blue nitrile powder free disposable gloves. These boxes were meant to be displayed both horizontally or vertically.
SAFETY-ZONE PRO PACKAGING, Black Nitrile
I designed this packaging for the premium line of disposable gloves called Safety-Zone Pro. For these, we used darker colors and use an industrial type design. Above is the black nitrile version for Safety-Zone Pro product line.
